  • The FDA has not approved any non-prescription cream, pill, lotion, pellet, suppository, lozenge, sublingual, capsule, patch, or any other product, containing estradiol, estrone, estriol, progesterone, DHEA, cortisol, or any other hormone as 'Hormone Replacement Therapy'.
  • Our creams that contain progesterone, estradiol and DHEA are cosmetics and have names that reflect that.
    Moisturizing Cream #1 - contains progesterone
    Moisturizing Cream #2 - contains Estradiol
    Moisturizing Cream #3 - contains DHEA
  • Therefore BonVida cannot make any claim that our creams that contain progesterone, estradiol and DHEA can be used as for that purpose. Therefore anyone using them for that purpose does so of their own volition and not by the advice of any BonVida staff.

BonVida Return Policy

All BonVida products and services fall under this return policy, there are no exceptions.

All returns are for store credit only, we do not recredit credit cards. There are no exceptions.

We will gladly exchange any damaged goods within 30 days of purchase if authorized, unopened, in resalable condition, and accompanied by the receipt.

We do not accept returns on any of our products because the customer was muscle tested and told they 'didn't need' the product, the product was 'not good for their body', or anything similar.

 

BonVida Return Procedure

If you wish to return any BonVida products you must call for an authorization number. The authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package and the receipt must be in the package. Other wise we will not know who to give the store credit to.

If we receive a package that was not authorized we will not give a store credit to that customer. There are no exceptions.
